Sustainability Design Initiative for a National Real Estate Brand

This project was completed during my time as an in-house Senior Designer at The Agency, a national real estate company known for its premium, design-forward marketing. While not a Gussy Studio project, it remains an important part of my portfolio with full permission to share.
As part of my role, I initiated a sustainability-focused redesign of The Agency’s East Coast residential marketing. The aim was to introduce more environmentally conscious practices into a traditionally print-heavy industry. From ink reduction and stock sourcing to considered use of white space, every design decision was made with impact in mind. A companion digital brochure, created by the Head of Marketing, further supported the rollout.
While sustainability in real estate is a complex and systemic issue, this was a strong first step, and one that was well received by agents eager for a modernized, thoughtful approach to property marketing.
